National Delivery Policy
Delivery Options & Costs
We offer the following delivery options within South Africa:

Door-to-door delivery:
A standard delivery fee starting from R185, calculated based on the weight of your order. Delivery is verified using an allocated PIN. -
Locker delivery:
Available from R85, with pricing also based on parcel weight.
Collection is completed by entering the secure PIN provided to open the locker.
While many online stores advertise free delivery, we believe in transparency. As a small local business, we pay our couriers directly. Rather than hiding delivery fees in product prices, delivery charges are clearly displayed at checkout, allowing us to keep our product prices fair and competitive.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery usually takes 2–6 working days.
Delivery times may be extended due to:

Supplier delays

Courier or unforeseen logistical challenges
In such cases, delivery may take up to 12 working days. In rare and exceptional circumstances, delivery may take up to a maximum of 30 days. If this happens, we will communicate with you every step of the way.
If we are unable to deliver your order within the stated delivery timeframe, we will notify you. You will then have 7 (seven) days from receiving this notification to decide whether to cancel your order. If you choose to cancel, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
Completion of Delivery
African Pride Collection’s delivery obligation is fulfilled once the order has been successfully delivered or collected using the allocated PIN. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or unauthorised use of products after delivery or collection has been confirmed.
Delivery Verification (PIN-Based)
To ensure secure delivery:

Door-to-door deliveries are confirmed by entering the allocated PIN provided to the recipient.

Locker deliveries are confirmed by entering the PIN to access the locker.
Please ensure that the correct contact details are provided at checkout, as the PIN is sent directly to the recipient.
Missing Items
If you receive your parcel and discover that an item is missing, please contact us immediately upon receipt at tondani@africanpridecollection.co.za

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment online.
If you do not receive this email within 2–3 working days after payment confirmation, please contact us at tondani@africanpridecollection.co.za, and we will gladly assist.
International Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. International Shipping Availability
We proudly ship internationally to most countries worldwide. If your country is available at checkout, we are able to deliver to your location.
All international orders are shipped from South Africa.
2. Courier & Delivery Time
International orders are shipped using FedEx International Priority.

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance procedures, public holidays, or factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Fees
International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination and parcel weight.

These charges are not set by us and are determined by your country’s customs authorities.
4. Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
All international customers are fully responsible for paying any duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country upon arrival.

These fees are payable directly to your local customs authority or courier.

We do not collect, estimate, or refund customs charges.

Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed. Any costs incurred will not be refunded.
This is standard international trade practice.
5. Customs Compliance
We comply with international shipping regulations by:

Providing commercial invoices and required export documentation

Shipping products legally permitted for export from South Africa
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products ordered are permitted for import into their country. We are not liable for items delayed, seized, or rejected by customs due to local regulations.
6. Order Processing

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

7. Delays & Force Majeure

While we always assist where possible, delivery timelines are ultimately controlled by the courier and customs authorities.
8. Incorrect Address Information

9. Returns & International Orders

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is missing, faulty, or incorrect. Duties and taxes paid are non-refundable.
